Divine Net Galleries can put your exhibits on this online gallery, or point to where others can see your private collection. Divine Net Galleries can also provide a forum for you to place or to acquire artifacts from The Sacred Pearls and other natural treasures.
If you wish to list your exhibit here, please send a mail to
info@divine.net
describing which class of artifacts you have, where you are located, and contact information, or just use our Contact Us page.
If you wish to submit your pearls for gallery viewing only, please submit two pictures to the same email address for each artifact- one actual size, and one detail, along with physical and other descriptions about your online exhibit. If you wish any of your artifacts to be made available for placement, please mention this in your email and we can discuss what may be appropriate based on your wishes.
Divine Net Galleries Policies
TERMS OF SALE
Divine Net Galleries offers gallery artifacts through private transactions between buyer and seller, and recommends personal selection by buyers of these items as arranged with Divine Net Galleries staff. The items are accompanied with instructions, puja information, and support through the Divine Net Galleries public forum. Varieties which require installation by a Hindu priest can have such arranged by Vedic clergy in the buyer's locality, onsite in our primary location, or through a scheduled appointment in the destination locale by one of our clerical contacts.
Divine Net Galleries pearls may not be shipped within certain phases of the moon according to Puranic mandates, and installation rites are also subject to not only availbility of clergy, but typically scheduled during auspicious times (muhurtas, see Jyotish) and avoided during prohibited or ill-advised ones. Buyers are apprised of these scheduling issues with regard to Divine Net Galleries deliveries, as they do not follow a typical next-day fulfillment/delivery cycle.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Divine Net Galleries offers a full money-back guarantee, no questions asked, within a trial period of ten days while the buyer acquaints themselves with the pearl offerings. At the election of either or both buyer or seller, and depending on the amount of purchase, Divine Net Galleries uses escrow.com to insure transaction integrity; higher-end transactions may involve other legal safeguards while lower-end transactions are managed through PayPal. Buyers are financially responsible for the safety of the artifacts while in their custody.
The end of the trial period is purposed to coincide with a scheduled installation rite (if required) by a Hindu priest. After installation, buyers agree that the artifacts are categorically non-refundable, non-returnable, and that further if they wish to relinquish a pearl at a later date, that they are responsible for donating it to an appropriate temple.
Rudraksha have different stipulations as being non-sharable, and do not have a commensurate ten-day return period through Divine Net Galleries but are provided as "non-refundable, non-returnable" after being opened from their inner shipping material. All Rudraksha are guaranteed to be genuine Rudraksha seeds and are provided after undergoing an "energizing phase" by Hindu practitioners.
CERTIFICATIONS AND INSTALLATION
All Oyster Pearls and Conch Pearls are provided with a certificate from a certified gemologist verifying their quality and commodity evaluation characteristics. Conch Shell artifacts may or may not have an accompanying museum certification, though such will be noted in the gallery on any given offering. Due to the present lack of any commensurate standards due to the re-emergent nature of the other Vedic pearls, these are certified as artifacts originating with known tribal clergy and are accompanied with individualized attribute information conveyed by these practitioners, including warranty that the pearls were not obtained in an animal-unfriendly fashion which would foreclose them from Vedic purposes.
If you wish to become a retailer for any of these artifacts, please visit the Contact Us page.
Kindest regards,
The Divine Net Team
